Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland and Wagga Wagga. 
We are continuing on our growth journey, with new clinics opening in late 2024 and early 2025. As a result, we are seeking a Medical Imaging Receptionist to join the team across our Eastern Suburbs clinics.
You will be working across multiple sites, including our full-service Box Hill clinic, our Mitcham clinic based in Mitcham Private Hospital, our newest site in Rowville, and Boronia.
Committed to providing a premium service to both our patients and referrers, this role is integral to the experience our patients have with us, along with the smooth running of our practice.
What will you be doing? As the first point of contact, you'll take great pride in the care and compassion you show to patients, along with the quality of the work you do. By drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature, you'll put patients at ease, guiding them through their visit to the practice while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.
You may be an experienced Medical Receptionist looking to take the next step in your career, or you may be looking for a career change and to use your transferrable customer service skills. Either way, we place a strong emphasis on the professional development of our team and will tailor a training program to develop and expand your skills.
Key responsibilities include: Welcoming patients and providing them with information about their appointmentManaging calls and patient bookingsResponding to enquiries from patients and referrersManaging patient invoicing and receiptingWhat are we looking for?
