Medical Imaging ManagerPermanent Full Time – 80 hours per fortnightClassification: Dependent on experience Award: Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2026We are seeking a values-driven leader to join our organisation as the head department leading the team into our new build over the next 6 months.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with and leading a dynamic team to establish the operations, objectives, and culture of an innovative business unit, ensuring the delivery of a high quality, safe, accredited medical imaging service whilst promoting the values of MDHS as a quality Imaging Service Provider.The ideal candidate will demonstrate:Proven leadership skills with 5+ years overseeing teams and managing complex projectsAbility to inspire a team based on strong ethical values and lead by exampleExcellent communication and collaboration abilities to connect with stakeholders at all levelsStrategic thinking skills to develop the vision and key initiatives for a new departmentChange management expertise to guide an organization through growth and evolutionEmbrace and promote the values of MDHS – Genuine, Respect, Excellence, Accountability & TogethernessWhat's in it for you?Great Working Environment: Join a group of motivated health care professionals with a Permanent contract.
