The Thunderbird Mineral Sands Project (Thunderbird) is located mid-way between Derby and Broome, in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Thunderbird is one of the largest and highest-grade zircon mineral sands deposits in the world and contains valuable heavy minerals including ilmenite, zircon, leucoxene, and rutile, which are extracted and exported via the Port of Broome. About the RoleResiding in the West Kimberley and reporting to the Superintendent Health & Safety, this is an exciting opportunity for a Medical Emergency Services Officer to join our growing mining company.This role will play a pivotal role in providing site medical and emergency response services to ensure Thunderbird Operations adheres to our Mine Safety Management System.
