Our purpose: Life Unlimited.The Medical Education Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing blended learning programs for the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) division.
This role involves creating engaging educational experiences through both digital and in-person formats to deliver high-quality content to healthcare professionals (HCPs) across Australia.
This role will ensure that educational resources align with both global and regional commercial objectives, with a significant focus on the pharmacy market.What will you be doing?Collaborate with cross functional partners to refine and implement AWM educational programs and their content.Support global Medical Education Design team in development & deployment of education technology initiatives.Support content creation & review of existing content utilising ISD experience and supports modernization of existing content in LMS.Develop methods of measurement of content effectiveness and content adoption.Drive consistent global education communication and information sharing.Conduct needs analyses and coordinate curriculum design sessions with subject-matter experts to design & support deployment of global curriculum for AWM Medical Education needs.
This role will connect this new content with existing medical education content and programs to align with Wound Care Practitioner Medical Education needs.Support the design of Medical Education sessions with global AWM Medical Education partners and support implementation of learning pathways utlilising educational materials developed in this role.Partner with internal and external stakeholders from all areas of the globe to solicit feedback and make enhancements to the HCP education content to prevent learning erosion and ensure higher levels of customer engagement with Smith and Nephew medical education.What will you need to be successful?Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.3+ years validated experience in Medical Education and instructional design.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Intermediate analytical and Microsoft Excel skillsPrevious Graphic Design experience preferred.Solid understanding of the Kirkpatrick model for the evaluation of learning programsTo apply, please ensure that you include a cover letter addressing it to Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
