Permanent Full-time position, 80 hrs p.f.Remuneration $380,217 to $466,773 p.a.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service are looking for an exceptional Emergency Medicine consultant to lead our Department of Emergency Medicine team as Medical Director at Gympie Hospital. The role of the Medical Director, Emergency Medicine Gympie is to provide high quality clinical and non-clinical leadership and direction to benefit the patients accessing the Emergency Services in the SCHHS.
In addition to your clinical and professional expertise, you must have skills in managing people, leadership and sustainable financial decision accountability.
SCHHS Salary includes:
Base salary comprising of between
7,827.20 - $9,924.00 p.f.
Motor vehicle allowance
L18 - L24 $21,000 p.a.
L25 - L27 $25,500 p.a.
Clinical Managers Allowance $24,508 p.a.
Inaccessibility Incentive Allowance $6,900 p.a. (paid at completion of each twelve month period of service)
Attraction and Retention Allowance up to 50% of base salary
Professional development allowance $21,500 p.a.
Attraction Incentive Scheme -
may be eligible to receive $10,000 (less tax) on the first available pay period (pro-rata rate for part-time employees will apply)
You may also be eligible to receive $10,000 (less tax) following completion of 12 months of service (pro-rata rate for part-time employees will apply)
