We have an exceptional opportunity for a Medical Coordinator/Primary Care Staff to join our medical team. As a member of our medical team, you will be delivering high-quality healthcare services to children and their families.
Job Locations: Big Springs Texas, Midland Texas, and Donna Texas.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Organize patients' needs for internal and external services and assure they are completed timely and appropriately. Interpret patient conditions, complaints, and diagnoses. Read and review multiple documents requesting services. Requirements: Education: Associate or Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration, Health and Human Services, or related field, or Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. License: Must hold a current, valid, unrestricted license in one of the U.S. states, territories, or commonwealths. Certifications: Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.If professional qualification requires, must hold a current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS), and/or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Experience: Minimum of three (3)+ years of current experience as a medical coordinator or related role in an outpatient, primary care facility; specifically care coordination and care management working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Must have excellent time management and multitasking skills. Type of Contract: W-2 or 1099. Hours per week: 40 per week (this could alter pending on operational needs).
