About the Role
MLER Admin provides support to the Case Managers who are responsible for medical entitlement reviews to determine appropriateness of medical and like entitlements, engage workers & providers, complete decision process & draft outcome notices. Required Expertise
Excellent communication and organisational skills. Knowledge and understanding of VCODES; Novus and ACCtion systems is preferable. High level of motivation. High level of data entry/keyboard skills. Intermediate use of all Microsoft Office Packages (including Excel). Working in an environment requiring the application of confidentiality and discretion.
