Located in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales it's the largest producer of energy coal in the region, operating alongside olive growers, wine makers, horse breeders and the nearby residential community of Muswellbrook. Based at our Mount Arthur Coal site, NSW, the Assistant Medical Administrator will play a key part in providing support to the Health and Safety team to deliver and provide an outstanding experience for our stakeholders. This permanent role is being offered on a Monday to Friday basis with flexible working options. In this role you will:

Provide a high level of support to the Health and Safety team related to the processing of Order 43 medicals including tracking, monitoring and managing to ensure the successful execution. Support the delivery of work plans and data management. Actively identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

About You

You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within Health and Safety or within the mining industry. As well as possess the ability to work, both, independently and as part of a team. Importantly, you will have a high level of attention to detail, strong business acumen and the ability to build consultative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally.
