We are seeking a candidate with the following qualities: Highly developed interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesExcellent organisational and time management skillsBright and friendly personalityAbility to maintain client confidentialityCompetent in using the Microsoft Office SuiteOchre Card (or willingness to obtain)Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating appointments for new and existing patientsFiltering and responding to incoming emailsMonitoring and managing phone callsSending referrals and following up on medical reportsCompleting outstanding administration tasks, uploading reports, and invoicingSupporting Doctors with various tasks to ensure clinic efficiencyLiaising with medical professionals and arranging meetingsThis role is also suitable for entry-level candidates.
