You'll oversee daily administrative operations, support the healthcare team, and assist the Health Services Manager in ensuring efficient coordination of services.
This is a full-time position where you'll contribute to improving processes, compliance, and quality across the department.
As a Team Leader in the Health Services team, you'll make a positive impact by: Managing administrative activities to ensure smooth operations of the health centre Overseeing staff records and employee onboarding processes Supporting the healthcare team with scheduling, resources, and progress reports Assisting with policy development and quality improvement initiatives Maintaining and managing databases and confidential records Collaborating with external healthcare providers and clinics for services Serco is a place for you You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for working in a healthcare setting.
Your ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and lead a team will be key to your success in this role.

To be successful in this role, you'll have: Experience in administrative or clerical roles within a healthcare setting Leadership/Team Leader experience, managing a small team.
