What You Will Be Doing The successful candidate will provide a range of administration and clerical support to data entry, recruitment, payroll rosters and purchase requisitions. You will be responsible for the management of minute taking and assist with diary keeping for the Staff Specialists. Identifying priorities and completing key tasks in a high volume work environment will be the key components to ensuring success in this role.
About You You will have experience working in medical administration, secretarial or clerical support and have high level word processing skills. You will also have the ability to apply sensitivity and interpersonal skills when interacting with support staff. Hold the ability to work cooperatively within and across diverse work teams to support effective coordination of work. Experience using a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines.
