Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital that supports a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW. Easily accessible to Sydney residents, our team of clinicians, allied health, and support staff works with the community on a shared goal to maintain the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Blue Mountains region.
The Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital (BMDAMH) Medical Administration Department encompasses both Junior and Senior Medical Administration Operations to ensure services are delivered within agreed timeframes and budgetary constraints at quality standards.
Position Overview The Medical Administration Support Officer is responsible for the implementation, coordination, and efficient functioning of local recruitment actions prior to submission to district Junior Medical Workforce or Senior Medical Teams. In addition, the role is also responsible for ensuring that rosters are compliant with award requirements, accurately entering rosters and adjustments into HealthRoster, validating VMoney and un-rostered overtime, including conducting audits and processing invoices as required.
