Talent Focus Recruitment is working with a highly regarded health service who are looking for a skilled Administration Officer to join their team based in Springfield!
This is a fulltime casual position offering an immediate start with view to permanency for the right candidate.
The hours of work are Monday – Thursday 7.30am -4pm Friday 7.30am – 2.30pm Qualifications and requirements Experience in appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and receptionist duties Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with medical office processes Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Attention to detail and accuracy Prior experience in a medical or specialist clinic is a must Ability to multitask, remain calm and efficient even when working in busy and pressured environment.
