Medical Administration Assistant - Veteran Health!

My client is a leading private psychiatry business that specialises in providing exceptional healthcare services to Veterans in Australia. They are very passionate about the work they do and we are now looking for a like-minded individual to join their dedicated team!
Key Responsibilities: Formatting the veterans' DVA reports once completed while ensuring the formatting checklists are followed to ensure accuracy and high standards are maintained.Monitoring the administration inbox and ensuring that each email is allocated to a CLM in a timely manner.Coordinating with DVA via phone call and email regarding documentation.Ensuring all veteran records and files are up to date and accurately maintained on both Google Drive and our Patient Management System.Accurate auditing of daily appointments to ensure that all documentation is completed and received to ensure the appointments will go ahead smoothly.Utilise a CRM daily for the management of the workflow.Completing all ad-hoc tasks directed by the Operations Manager. Qualifications Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.Strong attention to detailExperience with a CRM tool is desirable.Previous experience in administration preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
