Greatness starts here The Medical Administration and Reception Officer works across our Broadmeadows and Mill Park GP Superclinics and provides reception and administration support to our team of GPs and Medical Specialists.
Working as part of the Primary Care - Medical team, and reporting to the Medical Administration Lead officer, you will be responsible for: Providing timely access to appointments for patients, via the telephone or face to face Providing accurate and efficient administrative support Accurate completion of billing processes Use of Best Practice and Trakcare to create and maintain accurate patient records General administrative duties, including faxing, emailing, scanning, posting letters.

To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience working within a customer service role.
You will also bring with you: The ability to communicate effectively with people from a range of cultural backgrounds.
An understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service.
A willingness to continually strive to improve the systems and processes within your role.
The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Competent computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs.
The fine print Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC.
