See yourself in our team Marketing and Corporate Affairs (MCA) is responsible for delivering an integrated and consistent approach to the Group's marketing, brand, external and internal affairs, communications and sustainability. Marketing & Corporate Affairs Services sits with MCA and is comprised of Media, Technology and Operations. You will sit within the Paid Media & SEO team which consists of 3 teams – Media Delivery, Media Testing & Optimisation and SEO. This role reports into the Chapter Lead, Media Testing & Optimisation. Do work that matters As a Media Tech Manager, you are accountable for the development, execution and management of Testing & Optimisation across all Paid Media channels for CommBank. In order to be successful, you will have experience in developing, implementing, optimising and measuring Media test and learn initiatives. The successful candidate will have a passion for challenging the norms and developing first class strategies that will help to resolve the biggest problems within the media industry. Hands-on experience with the latest ad tech capabilities is preferable. You will need to interact with a variety of marketing teams across the bank; understanding their business objectives and optimising our testing plans to deliver against them. On any given day, you will: Manage the testing and optimisation of a portfolio of Paid Search, Display and Paid Social accounts across the business.Design, implement and manage Paid Search, Display and Paid Social tests and optimisation to drive cost-efficient growth.Support with training the Media Delivery team on successful tests, enabling it to be implemented within our BAU strategy.Implement and optimise Paid Search, Display and Paid Social campaigns according to best practice principles.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop Paid Search, Display and Paid Social strategies in support of marketing campaigns.Conduct in-depth analysis and research to generate insights and identify new opportunities for growth.Effectively manage investment and performance targets through ongoing tracking, forecasting and reporting.Develop and support annual Paid Search, Display and Paid Social marketing strategy.Collaborate with technology partners and publishers to stay up to date with new features and industry trends. We'd love to hear from people who have: Demonstrated passion for Paid Media and Ad Tech.Minimum 4 years' Paid Media experience - agency side.Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and media landscape in Australia, keeping up to date with industry changes.Experience with Paid Media platforms (SA360, DV360, CM360).Experience with utilising Customer Data Platforms.Experience using analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and is a critical thinker.Strong campaign and project management skills.Demonstrated analytical skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional at building internal and external relationships with the ability to work cross-functionally across a wide range of stakeholders & agency partners.Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly desirable).
