Apply now Job no: 4083 Work type: Full time Location: Artarmon Categories: Administration, Data, Analytics & Insights, Marketing & Communications The Media Planning Coordinator will work with the Media Planning team to implement and optimise marketing programs to drive group product acquisition and other business objectives as they arise.
The role will work within the media advertising team and will liaise with other teams including our Media Agency, Marketing, Digital trading, Technology and Research and Analytics, helping to seamlessly bring teams together across functions with an aim to execute and evaluate advertising functions.
Major Areas of Responsibility Planning: Supporting on go to market initiatives driven by the planning team across Kayo, BINGE, Mainevent, Foxtel, Hubbl & WatchManaging media plans for all brandsResponsible for all digital channel spec sheets, material upload and distribution.Managing timelines with trade and agency teams for key meetingsSupporting strategic initiatives by collecting relevant dataManaging media bookings across select channelsUpdating documentation such as go to market timelines, budgets and next steps.Creative MI management (offline) and ensuring stakeholders have the required information.Reporting: Helping to compile campaign proof of posting documentationLiaising with agency and teams to bring together Quarterly Business Reviews & campaign post analysis in a timely manner according to media team agreed service level agreementsGathering and presenting research across media buys.
