About the Role As a Media Lead, you'll mentor media advisors and thrive in a fast-paced, team focused environment. You'll craft engaging content on operational and policy issues, working closely with journalists and stakeholders to keep Victorians informed.
You'll shape impactful communication strategies, spearhead media projects, and provide invaluable counsel to senior managers. Your keen judgment will identify media opportunities and safeguard our reputation, while cultivating strong relationships with key contacts. From organizing media events to crafting social media content, your versatility will amplify our outreach efforts.
Be part of our on-call media roster, always ensuring effective engagement. This role involves travel within Victoria and working outside regular hours.
