The Opportunity:A Media Executive is responsible for optimising delivery of campaigns with the expertise to move people in a way that drives growth for our clients.
They are honing their technical capabilities whilst building their management and client skills.
A snapshot of what you'll do: Have a solid understanding of the Bohemia positioning and process and your role in implementation & trading + understanding your contribution to it by supporting teams building recommendations. Manage the accuracy and timely delivery of media plans from planning to trading, with support from Media Managers. Deliver Buy Summaries + Post Analysis with emphasis on Insights & Learnings. Responsible for all aspects of media investment including schedules, reports, IO's, finance. Evaluate media responses and drive day to day negotiations creating value for clients through effective & efficient buying strategies. Ensure efficient delivery of all plans to creative agencies and clients to deliver material on time. Support team to prepare recommendations with data, analysis and insights. Coach, inspire and nurture Media Coordinators working in your team. Plus much more! Skills & Attributes: Strong understanding of paid media channels and their role in the media mix with a curiosity to learn about strategy, connections planning, content & performance. Established excellence in foundational skill sets including: organisation, strong attention to detail, excellent communication abilities (both oral & written). Ability to build strong relationships with the day to day client teams. Your ideal experience: At least 1 year of experience in media or digital-related industry. Demonstrating a strong understanding of the fundamentals of media planning & buying. Solid expertise in industry specific software & tools i.e.
BCC, eTAM, eRAM etc and understanding how to use all digital tools and applications. Certifications across Google Ads & Display, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, Apple Search Ads, Tik Tok, The Trade Desk Edge Academy, MFA Television & Digital Foundation Certification.
