The opportunity: The Media Client Director shapes how the client team operates and influences client satisfaction.
As a growth partner, you prioritise achieving the best outcomes for clients through proactive, strategic thinking that addresses their core business challenges.
Your clients view you as an indispensable partner, and you are the primary leader for the Senior Marketing team and Marketing Director.
You engage with multiple senior client stakeholders, establishing yourself as Bohemia's client expert.
A snapshot of what you'll do: Own client relationships, providing leadership and advice across all interactions.Deeply understand client businesses and serve as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders.Actively lead the Bohemia team to achieve positive client satisfaction scores.Develop and implement client management plans in collaboration with the National Client Partner.Lead all client interactions involving strategy, partnerships, and planning.Establish critical timelines with clients and ensure adherence across the team.Create scopes of work as needed, gaining approval for any non-contractual terms.Represent the client's perspective during planning and internal reviews.Ensure timely and thorough communication, with no request overlooked.Inspire, lead, and mentor your team.Take full responsibility for client-specific budgets and the drivers to achieve them.Identify and track revenue opportunities within client accounts.Drive growth for clients and the agency.Your ideal experience: 6+ years of experience in the media industry.Comprehensive knowledge of the media landscape across all channels.Proven excellence in client relationship management.Ability to professionally manage client push back at all client levels when required.Exceptional time and project management skills.Skilled in managing both upwards and downwards, ensuring the right team members are involved in key decisions.Adherence to agency processes to deliver outstanding work.Proficient in accurate budget forecasting and tracking client revenue.Skills & Attributes: Managing & SupervisingDecision Making & InitiativePlanning & ProcessCollaborationStrategic thinkingCreativity & InnovationPersuading & InfluencingWhat WE value MOST: Walk in different worldsMake Uncommon SenseRun Towards the Fire (except if there is an actual fire when we run away from it)Roll as oneBe excellent to each otherBest bits about working with us: Our big benefits fuel our big ambitions.
