Digital Executive The Digital Executive ensures digital implementation/buying excellence across their clients, with the following deliverables:
Leads the implementation of digital media plans once approved, including tagging, trafficking, booking, and campaign setup in biddable media platforms. Leads the management of live campaigns to ensure pacing is on track and performance is optimised. Responsible for the reporting and post-analysis output for digital campaigns. Responsible for the management of billing across the client patch, with support from the coordinator. Manages tasks including competitive analysis, administration, and ad spec updates, and develops strong relationships with the creative agency. Manages & trains the Digital Coordinator and works proactively with the Digital Account Manager and specialists on campaign deliverables. Presents at client WIPs and post-analysis meetings, also presenting implementation decks on clients where the Digital Executive has independent charge. Day-to-day contact for small clients when dealing with billing and creative specs queries. Experience: This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification. 1-2 years' experience minimum preferably in a media-related industry but not necessarily agency. Competent in digital buying fundamentals and relevant digital tools. Demonstrate a solid understanding of Australian digital media. Salary: $85K - $90K package
Digital Manager The purpose of the Digital Manager is to create/run digital media plan responses through all stages—approach, plans, optimisation, PCR, and billing. Deliver best-in-market implementation planning responses that are well thought out and address the marketing challenge. Innovate where possible while also nailing the fundamentals. First point of contact for day-to-day management of implementation elements. Manage the workloads, outputs, and development of the Exec and Coordinators. Support the AD in overall team management, and the GBD and other team members in integrating digital into the client advertising mix.
Experience: This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification, preferably a university degree or higher education qualifications. Excellent understanding and working knowledge of digital marketing, backed by relevant experience. Good understanding and working knowledge of the Australian media landscape. Highly proficient in Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent ability to analyse and manipulate data, extracting insights for reporting. Salary: $85K - $115K package
Digital Director The purpose of the Digital Director is to work closely with the Business Director in driving client business growth by unlocking business opportunities and capabilities, delivering outstanding client service, innovative solutions, and driving communication planning excellence.
Experience: This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification, preferably a university degree or higher education qualifications. Excellent understanding and working knowledge of performance marketing, backed by relevant experience. Good understanding and working knowledge of the Australian media landscape. Highly proficient in Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Leadership and mentoring of performance digital teams. Salary: Over threshold
