The purpose of this role is to assist the team in their day to day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives, including: - Proactive support role for team: most specifically executive and manager - Responds to simple client requests e.g.

We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Executive with our awesome team in Melbourne .
The role: As the Client Executive within our largest client team in Melbourne, you will play a key role in a supportive environment to manage and own campaign implementation for traditional media channels – this is an amazing client with established processes and a fantastic relationship that we just love working with!
Core responsibilities: Manage data for media buying, tracking and reporting across traditional media channels Maintain and update Media Plans and Production Schedules with meticulous accuracy Work closely with the Client Manager and Client Director as a key member of a large team on a high-profile client Gather data for competitor spend and creative analyses, along with tracking media industry trends and conducting desk research Manage weekly brand WIP items, presenting Offline updates and liaise with Digital team to ensure all elements are included ahead of meeting time Generate comprehensive post-campaign reports.
Liase with Manager/Director to garner campaign learnings and insights for the client Communicate weekly with creative agency/client to ensure material nominations are up to date and with media partners ahead of deadlines Coordinate with key media partners to guarantee campaign fulfillment.
Liase with Trading lead to ensure understanding of any contractual obligations re: lead times, CPM's added value, etc.
Manage and implement precise and timely finance processes and invoicing for clients to deadline, including resolution of any account queries A bit about you: Traditional media experience required, (with knowledge of digital channels/campaigns) and the ambition to further develop in both areas Strong experience with media finance processes and campaign implementation Robust media platforms knowledge is required, (Spectra, Etam, Eram, MOVE and TV Map) Exceptional time management and workload prioritisation, along with strong verbal communication is essential along with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in supporting Client & Digital Managers/Directors on building of documentation and client presentations The ability to engage and adhere to our partner engagement approach, build meaningful connections and driving the best outcomes for our client.
