Job no: 4049 Work type: Full time Location: Artarmon Categories: Administration We're on the lookout for a Media Assistant to join our Broadcast Ad Ops team. Internally this role is referred to as a Broadcast Ad Ops Campaign Manager and is responsible for the successful operations of transacting the TV broadcast campaign revenue for a dedicated portfolio of clients. We'd love you to join our team in Artarmon, 4 Broadcast Way, on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
In this role you will liaise closely with the Sales team and other business units, to efficiently and effectively transact, track and deliver campaign objectives. You will have a strong focus on operational excellence to achieve optimal inventory utilisation and maximise revenue potential across all Foxtel and FoxSports owned and operated channels as well as leading global channel partners such as BBC, NBCU, Discovery and Viacom, VOD, Kayo and Tubi.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
Fulfil broadcast campaign objectives for a dedicated Sales portfolio across all TV trading models. Manage sponsorship and premium campaigns within expected deadlines and process and maintain audience trading campaigns. Provide clear instructions to offshore team for campaign creation and maintenance in line with Foxtel Media policies. Ensure revenue and audiences against campaigns are accurate and in line with TV Sales request. Proactively complete daily management of campaign tracking for sponsorship and premium campaigns, as well as communicate daily tracking instructions and accurately maintain admin and reporting responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have:
Good analytical, communication and organisational skills. Meticulous attention to detail; Strong administrative skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to think critically, adapt quickly and be resolution focused. Experience, knowledge or passion for the media/advertising industry.
