The Tasmanian Labor Leader, Dean Winter MP, is seeking applicants for the position of Media Adviser.
Applicants will have strong communication and media management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with media organisations, industry and the general public.
The role requires the development of a range of communication material to support the implementation of the Labor Opposition's media strategy.
The successful person will be able to work well under pressure and have relevant experience working in the media and communications industry.
A broad knowledge of current affairs and an understanding Tasmanian politics is highly desirable.
The position is full time and based at Parliament House in Hobart with the salary to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
