Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist Full-time State: VIC Job Status: Full Time IPAR is a national occupational rehabilitation provider supporting thousands of people who may be living with an illness, disability, or injury.
Our care is tailored to each individual through workplace rehabilitation, counselling, injury prevention, or finding new employment.
Our team of highly skilled allied health professionals includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Psychologists.

Your duties will include:
Case management with manageable caseloads supported by Rehabilitation Assistants Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals Completing assessments using your clinical skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations and Ergonomic Assessments.
This role can be based from either our Shepparton, Wangaratta, or Albury offices , with expected travel across the North East region.
