Job Description The role:
We have an opportunity as a Regional Manager with our Hunter/Northern NSW Team.

Drive growth and elite business, work and wellness performance Continue WorkFocus' journey towards being the biggest and best wellness and work provider in NSW Implement strategies to proactively manage RTW performance to meet state benchmarks Foster our employer-of-choice environment to ensure individuals are meeting professional development and career goals Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the organisation Embed a culture that always maintains a customer focus Create and nurture strong outcome-driven relationships with internal and external stakeholders This role will be reporting to the Area Manager of NSW Qualifications What you'll bring to the role:
Tertiary Allied Health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and relevant accreditation.
Highly suited to:
An experienced Team Leader, Injury Management Specialist or Account Manager looking to take a step up into a Regional Manager role.
