We're seeking an outcomes focused and passionate Learning & Organisational Development Advisor to join our team to help us enhance our learning and development offering, with a focus on delivering a best in class new starter onboarding experience. Reporting into the Senior Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner for the Personal Injury Division, this role is instrumental in supporting employee growth, engagement and development within our Rehab & Health brands.
The Learning & Organisational Development Advisor partners closely with leadership teams to deliver high-quality learning & organisational development programs and initiatives that address the key needs of the business.
This role will have a key focus on: Delivering targeted induction programs within Rehab & Health brands, ensuring an impactful new starter experience Working with leaders to understand their learning and development needs and supporting with L&OD initiative prioritisation Facilitating and delivering virtual and in-person learning content and events, ensuring a positive return on investment Supporting new frontline leaders to develop essential leadership capabilities Assisting Rehab & Health brands to implement learning programs and pathways via the Learning Management System Building strong relationships within the Personal Injury division and broader MedHealth group Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering quality outcomes High attention to detail and persistence to see things through to completion Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Brings a proactive approach and willingness to share new ideas and learnings Experience with LMS administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to evaluate learning programs and adjust strategies based on data driven insights Comfortable with ongoing change and working in a dynamic environment Capacity to engage constructively and respectfully with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities, to achieve high quality outcomes Minimum Requirements: Relevant experience in learning and organisational development in a similar role Degree/qualification in HR, L&D or Training & Assessment (desirable) You are welcome here.
