Minimum Requirements: Minimum of one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role Demonstrated experience working with individuals overcoming challenges (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proven ability to work towards and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sustainable employment outcomes for clients Adaptability and flexibility in handling various client needs and situations Empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help others succeed Proficiency in using computer systems and databases for record-keeping Knowledge of local job market trends and employment opportunities in the Burnie area Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Current driver's license and willingness to travel to nearby areas if required Passion for atWork Australia's mission of connecting people and businesses to help both thrive What we will give you: Ongoing career development and national opportunities Job stability and guaranteed full-time/part-time hours 4 weeks annual leave with option to purchase 4 more Flexible work options, bonuses for some roles Salary range 62 - 70k plus super You are welcome here.
