We are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Services Officer with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a great team player. Also potentially beneficial is experience in legal, insurance, health, and medical industries.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers and medical specialists through the provision of advice, arranging suitable appointments, and preparing files.
Job Description Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Liaising with customers to book appropriate medical specialists for appointments Scheduling of appointments Maintaining busy inboxes with queries and appointment services Providing administrative and operational support to medical specialists Providing information and advice to customers or prospective customers Undertaking other tasks assigned including reception duties, file preparation, engaging with customers, liaising with medical specialists, invoicing, and supporting the greater team in general Qualifications To be considered for this role you will have: Demonstrated significant experience in Customer Service Experience in invoicing desirable Demonstrated the ability to provide excellent customer service Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated the ability to work independently and within a group environment A personal approach that is warm, enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a level of flexibility Attention to detail is a must Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) mlcoa offers an exciting and fast-paced team environment where client focus, team spirit, drive, and respect are key features.
