Job Description We're looking for Job Coaches and In-Work Support Consultants to join our dedicated and passionate team in Kings Meadows and surrounding suburbs.
We are a determined and compassionate team who thrive together in pursuit of our belief that work's for everyone, whilst having fun along the way.

Qualifications ***NO PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY***
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Passion for helping others achieve their career goals Adaptability and empathy in client interactions Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred) Additional Information What we will give you:
