In this role, you will ensure mecwacare maximizes benefits from both new and existing systems by conducting thorough business requirements gathering, technical analysis, data collection (including mining data from current systems), and high-level systems design.
Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, the Business Analyst - IT Systems will contribute valuable insights and optimized solutions that align with and support our operational objectives.
You MUST have Experience with writing SQL queries , advanced Excel skills and PowerBI (creating and maintaining dashboards), Experienced with end-to-end IT System implementation , managing IT system upgrades and enhancements, Relevant tertiary qualification and/or Certification in Microsoft Applications or project management methodologies, Experience collaborating with stakeholders to document business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.
Desirable: Proven expertise in Business Analysis, ideally within the health industry, Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies, and able to bring 'fresh' ideas to the project team and BA Practice, Experience working on CRM (Salesforce, Workday), Demonstrated experience with RPA tools, Crystal Reports, SSRS and SSIS.
