Dual Role - Sustaining and NPD EngineeringSalary: $100-110k + Super + Bonus

Sustaining engineering - running up to 10 small projects such as small factory changes, minor design updates, etc.
- review quality issues and provide technical supportNPI - larger mechanical projects - modification and enhancement projects to productsVery project-driven and working with internal and external resourcesThe Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering5 years minimum experience in mechanical engineering either in manufacturing (medical devices or mining would be great) or product automationProject management experienceExperience with creating engineering drawings/drafting (Solidworks preferred but can be Creo or Iventa)Excellent communication skillsAble to be hands-onLean/Six Sigma training/exposure will be highly regardedWhat's on Offer In return, you will receive:
