Dual Role - Sustaining and NPD Engineering Salary: $100-110k + Super + Bonus

Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working closely with Operations, the role is a 50/50 split between sustaining engineering and NPI:
Sustaining engineering - running up to 10 small projects such as small factory changes, minor design updates, etc.
- review quality issues and provide technical support NPI - larger mechanical projects - modification and enhancement projects to products Very project-driven and working with internal and external resources The Successful Applicant
Our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering 5 years minimum experience in mechanical engineering either in manufacturing (medical devices or mining would be great) or product automation Project management experience Experience with creating engineering drawings/drafting (Solidworks preferred but can be Creo or Iventa) Excellent communication skills Able to be hands-on Lean/Six Sigma training/exposure will be highly regarded What's on Offer
