Mechnical Engineer

Dual Role - Sustaining and NPD Engineering $100-110k + Super + Bonus About Our Client Our client is a global industrial and electrical manufacturer and importer.
They are based in new, purpose built facility on the Central Coast in Somersby.
An an employer they can offer: Annual bonus for every employee Paid gym membership Employee product discounts Excellent reward and recognition programme Supportive, tenured and approachable leadership Stable business with over 100 years in the market Job Description Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working closely with Operations, the role is a 50/50 split between sustaining engineering and NPI: Sustaining engineering - running up to 10 small projects such as small factory changes, minor design updates etc - review quality issues, providing technical support NPI - larger mechanical projects - modification and enhancement projects to products Very project driven and working with internal and external resources The Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate will have: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering 5 years minimum experience in mechanical engineering either in manufacturing (med devices or mining would be great) or product automation Project management experience Experience with creating engineering drawings/drafting (Solidworks pref but can be Creo or Iventa) Excellent communication skills Able to be hands on Lean/Six Sigma training/exposure will be highly regarded What's on Offer In return you will receive: Competitive salary - $100-110k + super Annual bonus for every employee Paid gym membership Employee product discounts Excellent reward and recognition programme Supportive, tenured and approachable leadership Stable business with over 100 years in the market
