ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for experienced Automotive Mechanics and Technicians.
Working as part of a highly skilled team in this rapid repair environment, the day-to-day duties of this role include inspecting and performing vehicle repair and light mechanical work.
SALARY: Between $80k - $110k+ plus super
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 3pm (40 hours per week)
LOCATIONS: Castle Hill (2154), Greystanes (2145), Prestons (2170), Marrickville (2204), Smithfield (2164), Banksmeadow (2019) and Brookvale (2100)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Automotive mechanical and technical aptitude
- Interest in the automotive industry
- Willingness to learn
- Dedicated and highly motivated
TASKS MAY INCLUDE:
- Checking parts, reviewing damage and fixing work in accordance with service manuals and operating procedures
- Diagnosing and testing parts with the assistance of computers
- Repairing, maintaining and testing motor vehicle components
- Dismantling and disassembling vehicle engine components including (but not limited to) engine, transmissions and other areas
- Performing restorative and maintenance services both electrical and mechanical
- Reassembling engines, parts and panels after repairs
