The ROLE As a Mechanic at Hazell Bros, you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
Conducting mechanical preventive maintenance & repairs to internal / external assets which includes servicing and breakdowns in a timely manner.Troubleshooting and diagnosing of mechanical problems and testing of completed repairs.Working unsupervised and as part of a small team collaborating with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a wide range of stakeholders.About YOU Current Driver's Licence.Trade Qualified in either Light Vehicles, Forklifts or Diesel Mechanic/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.Strong background servicing, repairing, and maintaining forklifts, trucks or heavy machinery.Forklift Licence and other heavy vehicle experience would be advantageous.Commitment to maintaining safe work practices.Strong work ethic & high attention to detail.What we offer YOU There is nothing more important at Hazell Bros than having our workforce return home in a fit and healthy state at the end of every working day.
