Your unique contribution Based in our Rowland Flat Winery site, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
The Mechanical Tradesperson is responsible for providing mechanical maintenance and operational support for plant, machinery and equipment associated with Winery Operations.
Investigate and correct plant failures, participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on specific failures / reliability issues.
Efficiently complete planned and breakdown maintenance Participate in the review and commissioning of new and existing equipment and processes Participate in all engineering improvement initiatives Skills to carry out routine servicing, fault finding, monitoring and testing of mechanical equipment within the winery Isolate plant safely in accordance with the company's policies and procedures Follow safety policies and procedures Ensure that apprentices follow safety policies and procedures Highlight ways in which company safety procedures can be improved Support maintenance activities between Pernod Ricard sites as required Your perfect blend of Talent Qualification in Fitting and Machining with a minimum 5 years' experience (including apprenticeship) in an industrial environment Ability to develop and implement mechanical maintenance schedules Ability to contribute to the design and implementation of new plant and equipment Current driver's licence Ability to work autonomously within an environment of accountability and responsibility Well-developed problem-solving skills/RCA analysis Effective verbal and written communication skills Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and database systems including CMMS Ability to weld Tig (stainless), Mig and Arc Become a creator of conviviality If you want to work with people who acknowledge you and the value you bring, then apply now!
