Mechanical Trades Assistant

High Grade Mechanical are currently seeking Experienced Mechanical Trades Assistants for positions in Bunbury and Collie.
Responsibilities Assisting our Mechanical Tradespersons to strip, assess and rebuild fixed plant and equipment. Preparation of inspection reports. Maintain a commitment to Quality by following company Quality Policies and Procedures. Refurbishing of equipment. Perform a range of manual tasks associated with the role. Operate a variety of hand and power tools as directed by management. What you bring Mechanical aptitude. A genuine desire to learn all aspects of the job. Current Car Driver's License. White Card. Valid Police Check. MSIC is very highly regarded. High Risk Work Licence - LF and DG (Forklift and Dogman) Preferred. Professional work ethic and willingness to learn. Good communication skills. Ability to work in a team and independently. Ability to follow the directions of senior tradespersons. Positive, proactive approach to safety and can-do attitude. Physically fit.
