SMW Group currently has a full-time permanent position available for a Mechanical Technician on mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin.
This role will see you maintaining and servicing light, medium & heavy mine spec vehicles, trailers, compressors, welders, and other ancillary equipment.Areas of Responsibility:Carry out maintenance, fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs.Maintain suitable work practices.Conduct quality repairs and maintenance in a timely and safe manner.Liaise with supervisors and schedulers to ensure jobs are completed within allocated time frames.Proven record and ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.If you feel this job is for you, then please apply NOW!
