About the Role
Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking for experienced Mechanical Technicians to join our project team. This role is an ongoing casual position.
Duties will include but not limited to: Flange ManagementInstallation of temporary fittingsRiggingOperation of hytorq equipment.Completion & familiarisation with JSEAWorking within other crews and helping out wherever the team requires with in the industrial cleaning functions.Strong commitment to Work Health and Safety including participating in safety documentation requirements.Strong problem-solving capabilities. Requirements & Experience Needed: 2+ years' experience working on shutdowns and preventative maintenance projects within the Oil & Gas industryStrong mechanical knowledge and experience highly regardedExperience in working on columns, drums and reactors (highly desirable)Experience in working on Exchangers and PSV (highly desirable)Flange Management Training (advantageous)Ability to work within a team and unsupervisedCurrent Driver's LicenceFull Australian work rightsWhite or Blue Construction CardWorking at Heights obtained in the last 2 years (Desirable)Confined Space Entry Ticket obtained in the last 2 years (Desirable)Current BOSIET, CA-EBS (Desirable)Current MSIC (Desirable)Able to obtain a Police Clearance
