Salary: £25,500 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently supporting a client in the search for a Mechanical Technician. The ideal candidate will be Mechanically focussed and will have come from a Mechanical Assembly / Mechanical Build position and be willing to upskill to become a service engineer. Our client strongly encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities: You will undertake the build, service, maintenance and repair of dustless blasting equipment, compressors and air breathing units.Servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of mechanical systems.Engine fault finding.All training will be provided.Skills and Qualifications: NVQ or equivalent in mechanical engineering.Experience in the build or servicing of engines or similar.Some driving including towing of trailers will be required.Be self-motivated and able to work independently.Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
