Mechanical Team Leader

The Company:
This well reputed building services consultancy pride themselves on working closely with clients to provide expert engineering advice on a variety of projects. They provide specialist building services from concept to completion on a large portfolio of building projects including commercial, residential, healthcare and education projects.
The Position:
Employed as a Senior or Associate level Engineer, you will be part of a team providing the full range of mechanical solutions for building services. You will be responsible for design and documentation, project leading, client development, budget and resource control, and mentoring of junior staff.
The Person:
As the successful candidate you will have:
A recognised Mechanical Engineering degreeCirca 8 -10 years + experience working as a Mechanical Engineer within a consulting environmentExperience in building services mechanical design with comprehensive knowledge of local building codes and standardsExposure to a variety of building projects with experience in developing business, leading teams and delivering medium to large scale projectsPolished presentation with strong client liaison, negotiation, management, leadership and communication skillsExperience in delivery of BIM projects with working knowledge of Revit MEP software and its application on multidisciplinary projectsA competitive salary is on offer along with benefits and an excellent working environment where you will be pushed to your potential and allowed to excel.
