10th September, 2024As an experienced supervisor with a background in Mechanical/Industrial Services, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, maintaining high levels of safety and quality, and supervising our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities: Undertake all supervision tasks on site to maintain a safe and effective work site.Provide clear direction for enhanced productivity.Collaborate with project managers for seamless operations including the Maintenance team.Ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.Conduct training and toolbox meetings.Assist in the introduction of new personnel and equipment into the business.Problem solve and communicate any issues promptly.Required Experience / Qualifications: Construction white card required.Proven experience of supervision of projects with time/budget constraints and HSEQ expectations.Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop individuals and teams.Ability to deliver results through the development of strong and capable teams is essential.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Flexibility and adaptability to a constantly changing environment is essential.Have a sound understanding of Industrial Services equipment.Ability to troubleshoot equipment and problem solve on the job.What's on offer?
