Mechanical Site Supervisor

Mechanical Site Supervisor - Water Industry experience is desirable Responsibilities: * Directly report to the M & E Manager/ Lead Site Supervisor. * Supervise and oversee all mechanical site activities efficiently, ensuring adherence to specifications and contract timelines. * Prioritise health and safety, ensuring all activities are conducted without risk to personnel. * Maintain quality standards, ensuring all installations meet specifications and completion of all ITPs. * Support the Site Manager in upholding a safe working environment for employees, supply chain partners, and visitors. * Ensure accurate recording and review of all relevant Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) documents. * Verify that all documents adequately describe planned work. * Review and provide input on Method Statements and Work Instructions according to the Project Execution Plan. * Supervise work to guarantee compliance with Method Statements and Work Instructions. * Document work progress through record drawings or other appropriate means. * Record and address all non-conformance issues and identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with relevant personnel. Requirements: * Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry. * Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. * Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Relevant mechanical qualifications or certifications are desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
