UGL Major Projects division is expecting significant growth for 2025 in Western Australia as we support large Building Services Projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for locals and those open to FIFO and DIDO roles.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely execution of all mechanical installations.Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure alignment and adherence to project specifications.Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise.Manage project budgets and resource allocation for mechanical components.Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, specifications, and compliance records.About You 4-year degree qualification to Bachelor status in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering (and recognised by IEAust).Minimum 4 years' experience as a Mechanical Site Engineer.Experience working on large accommodation villages made up of modular buildings or similar types of projects.Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels.UGL – Big projects.
