Mechanical Relief Fitter - Wynyard Tas

We are currently seeking a maintenance relief fitter to work on a casual basis to assist with shift coverage for our client located in Wynyard, Tasmania.

Shifts will be 12 hours - either 6am – 6pm or 6pm – 6am and could cover multiple blocks, depending on our client's needs.
To Be Successful For This Role You Must Have: Qualifications as a Mechanical Fitter / Industrial Fitter (Must meet Australian standards) Experience in preventative and general maintenance Previous maintenance / engineering experience (within FMCG/Food/Dairy manufacturing environment ideal but not essential) Problem solving skills Ability to work unsupervised and in a small team Ability to carry out all work safely and to relevant standards Experience with valving seals & pump repairs desired Pneumatic understanding an advantage Prior to placement, ALL Successful applicants will be required to complete the following: Medical / Drug & Alcohol Screen National Police Check Learning Modules Please Note: Only successful candidates will be contacted.
