This role is offering a 5/2, 4/3 roster or 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth.Key duties and responsibilities:Provide important input towards a high achieving Fixed Plant Maintenance teamEngage in daily safety activities and discussions to promote achievement of personal and team safety goalsInvestigate key reliability data to identify and implement optimisation/improvements to constantly improve plant reliabilityLead and participate in root cause analysis investigations on breakdowns to eliminate defectsManage wear material performance and optimisation across transfer chutes, screenhouse building and vibrating equipmentCoach and participate in high value improvement projectsManage the lifecycle of equipment by ensuring the effectiveness of strategies including offsite repairsProvide day to day support to maintenance execution on technical queries relating to equipment maintenance and troubleshootingSkills and Experience required:A degree in EngineeringProven experience in supporting small projectsExperience with SAPProven problem solving skills with Reliability Engineering concepts and experience of using tools such as FMEA, RCA, or similarStrong working experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering in Mining or Oil and Gas industryStrong experience in Work Management and Material Master Data Management particularly in the SAP environmentSound knowledge of Australian Standards and WA Mines RegulationsDemonstrate the confidence to lead by example, hold yourself and others accountable and coach others in SafetyHow to Apply:Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact:WorkPac Principal Consultant: Sara Mason on (08) 9201 6243 or email ****** quoting the below reference number.Job Reference Number: 7469J20245730About WorkPacWorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce solutions business.
