Based in Sydney, NSW and Brisbane QLD, Dark Knight Engineering provides clients a complete set of engineering, procurement, and construction management services across multiple industries in concrete, asphalt, brickworks, pulp and paper, waste management, food and beverage.Our dedicated team includes highly qualified engineers, experienced project managers and skilled automation experts with a wide breadth of capabilities suited for engineering projects of any size, anywhere.We are constantly expanding in ever-growing works for ongoing projects, installations, regular maintenance and shift cover, regional and interstate work, shutdown work, breakdown callouts, and our workshop.About the roleWe require a motivated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team to help continue our growth.Responsibilities of the roleDetermine and define project scope and objectivesPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.Prepare quotes based on scope of work and resource requirementsTrack project costs to meet the budgetDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planManage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesUtilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project executionMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementBenefits and perksGreat team environmentVaried work across multiple industriesEmployee of the Year for 2022 awarded Harley Davidson MotorcycleSkills and experienceTrade qualified in Fabrication or Mechanical is a Must5-8 years of project management experienceCurrent Drivers LicenceWilling to work overtimeAbility to work autonomouslyGood communications skillsProven ability to solve problems creativelyExperience seeing projects through the entire life cycleExcellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and highly resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong multitasking and time management skills are essentialCapacity to deal with pressureApply today Do you have the right to work in Australia?
