About The Opportunity This role has many facets which will ensure you feel challenged yet rewarded daily. It would suit someone who is technically minded and experienced in mechanical or manufacturing fields.
Some of your key responsibilities include: Specify and source technical and mechanical componentsWork with manufacturing, engineering, and sales departmentsManage inventory control and develop systemsLiaise with suppliers using your resourcefulness to explore national and international channels and establish competitive pricingGeneral administration tasks e.g. prepare quotations, invoices, schedules and job trackingThis significant position reports directly to the General Manager.About You The successful candidate will have a trades or engineering background who is:
Strong mechanical knowledge and is technically mindedExcellent organisation skills and attention to detailGood customer and supplier communication and negotiation skillsCompetent with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word etcAbility to prioritise projects and deadlinesWhat's in it for You?
