You will be responsible for applying work management processes and performing maintenance work allocated ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our assets.

Reporting to the Maintenance Digestion – Turnarounds Team Leader and working a 5/5/4 dayshift roster, your role may involve: Maintaining mechanical assets across the refinery, focused on planned maintenance or plant limiting work, troubleshooting and problem-solving equipment failures and improving reliability Working on pipes, tanks, pumps, valves & flange management Confined space and working at heights activities Working autonomously, being reliable and positively contributing to the maintenance team, understanding the requirement to maintain assets in a safe and reliable condition Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives which will involve working with many different disciplines within the organisation What you'll bring A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset A Mechanical trade qualification Valid C Class drivers licence Proven maintenance experience working in heavy industry Proven history of fault finding and repairs on various fixed plant equipment What we offer Full relocation provided to Gladstone, Queensland from elsewhere in Australia Be recognised for your contribution, your thinking and your hard work, and go home knowing you've helped the world progress.
